This page will give you some information on mounting your Homelite Engine.

Here is a simple rear mount that can be used with the stock backplate.

The stock engine has a pin clearence of 3/16" or more. You can stuff the crankcase for better fuel flow thru the engine.

.015 is what works well for me.

The other end of the engine will mount to the stuffing box.
