clunk fuel system can be
made easy if you follow
these simple steps.
I bet it is easier than you

I use the brass that comes with each fuel
tank. It is best to figure out how long
each piece needs to be and cut it while it
is still ridged. Once you cut it to length
Be sure and sand off any burs as this is
the most common mistake people make
and when they install the fuel line on the
brass they end up cutting small nicks and
these nicks lead to pin holes and even
clean tears. Sand each end back 3/4". This
will help keep the fuel tubing in place
when you install your fuel tank.

Because the brass is now soft you can bend
