The chair controls.

Here are a few pictures of the Flight Chair I built about five years ago. It allows me to fly any aircraft that uses a futaba (FM) radio. I have a throttle on the dash, rudder peddles at my feet with elevator and aileron control on the center stick. This lets me fly my models like you would the full size aircraft. Note the right rudder input as I taxi out to the runway for take-off in the picture above.



Here you can see I am looking at my airplane as it lifts off the ground. My right hand pulling back on the stick and my left on the throttle.


Here I am in the air flying the airplane from the chair.
